Regulation regardiung visit changes and cancellation
THE CARE HUB SRL, with registered office in Str Zăvoi nr 1, SAD 7 and SAD 8, registered at the Trade Register under no. J35/4519/13.12.2018, fiscal code 40299417, account RO65INGB0000999908642150 (RON) opened at ING Timișoara, represented by Silvia Monica Moldovan, as Administrator, hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”.
And
Natural or legal persons hereinafter referred to generically as “the Buyer”.
both referred to individually as the “Party” or together as the “Parties”;
Change management
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she may change the date, time and duration of a visit up to 48 hours before the start of the visit. Any change less than 48 hours before the start of the visit is not permitted.
The Buyer acknowledges that the date and time of the modified visit cannot be less than 48 hours from the date and time of the modification request.
The amendment request will be sent to the partner(s) who have the right to accept or reject it within a maximum of 12 hours. An amendment not accepted by the partner will be cancelled and the visit will remain unchanged.
If the change does not involve additional payment, the change will be confirmed as soon as the partner(s) accepts the change.
If the change involves an additional payment, the customer will be able to pay the difference within 12 hours from the time the partner accepts the change request. Once the customer pays the difference the change will be confirmed.
Management of penalties for cancellations initiated by the Buyer
The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that it may cancel a booked visit prior to the start time of the visit, and that in certain cases the Provider will charge a cancellation penalty to the Buyer.
The amount of penalties charged to the Buyer:
(1) cancellation 48h before the visit, the Buyer is refunded 100% – 3% transfer cost, the partner is not paid;
(2) cancellation less than 48h but more than 3h before the visit, the Buyer is refunded 60% – 3% transfer cost
(3) cancellation less than 3h before, the Buyer is refunded 0%.
