Project HEROES aims to make recruitment of caregivers fast, reliable and cost-efficient in order to meet the care needs in local communities. To reach this objective, we combine the experience of retirees and nurses with the advantages of digital technology to create an age-inclusive recruitment platform.

Project HEROES connects local and nationwide stakeholders to build trusting and caring communities including retirement organizations and homes, social and healthcare associations, small and large businesses, public authorities, policymakers, and other actors targeting silver consumers.
