At the same time, in every community, people on the verge of retirement want to continue working. They have a wealth of life experience and many have even worked as caregivers, but find it hard to find suitable opportunities because of their age.

Our mission is to build caring communities for all ages.
We do this by offering dignified work opportunities and extra income to people over 50 with care experience who want to be active. In this way we help families who live far away or are busy to give their parents a dignified old age, and to do so safely, quickly and from wherever they are.
